The Queen's passing could have an impact on the mission, prospects of  the Commonwealth.







The passing away of Queen Elizabeth, one of the longest ruling monarchs of history signifies the end of an era. During her rule,she saw several prime ministers get elected to power including Winston Churchill. Her rule saw many historical events from the colonial nations getting freedom to the cold war. Even though her rule saw several controversies, her silent nature on political issues did not let the problems escalate. However, several questions have emerged after her death. Some of them are related to several countries declaring themselves as republic nations and removing the British monarch as the head of the state. Others are related to the future of commonwealth, which is a boarder group of nations which were once a part of Brithish Empire. When the Queen was alive, she did everything in her power to maintain its relevance but now there is uncertainty regarding it and many view the group as irrelevant.
